Project Overview
Techistuff is a research-led technology publishing platform with connected automation workflows for software profile generation and supporting editorial content. Its publishing system brings official-source research, structured content generation, SEO preparation, media handling, and WordPress updates into repeatable pipelines.
The Challenge
Maintaining detailed software pages across eight technology categories requires repeated research into features, plans, pricing, access, integrations, and limitations. Supporting articles need their own editorial structure, relevant internal links, images, and search metadata. Doing this individually for every page makes consistency and scale difficult.
The Automation System
Two dedicated Make.com workflow paths handle structured platform pages and category-based blog articles. Google Sheets supplies planned topics, AI-assisted stages transform research into publishable fields, and WordPress receives the generated content, metadata, and media. Quality-assurance checks help catch issues before final processing.
Software Platform Research and Page Generation
The platform workflow researches software through official sources and prepares structured records covering functionality, pricing, availability, integrations, limitations, and supporting details. The resulting content is mapped to WordPress platform pages with SEO fields, images, and custom fields for consistently formatted profiles.
Category-Based Blog Publishing
A separate blog workflow turns scheduled topics into articles across Techistuff’s technology categories. It prepares article structure, SEO titles and descriptions, excerpts, tags, and image instructions, while retrieving relevant existing WordPress pages for natural internal linking. The workflow also accommodates comparison topics involving two platforms.
Quality Control and Media Handling
Content passes through a quality-assurance stage before image generation and final publishing steps, helping limit unnecessary media processing on failed drafts. Featured images and supporting brand assets are then prepared and associated with the WordPress content.
Connected Distribution
Publishing is connected to downstream social media automation, allowing new content to move from WordPress into distribution workflows without recreating each post manually.
Technical Stack
WordPress is the publishing and content-management layer, Make.com orchestrates the workflows, and Google Sheets organizes topic inputs and category schedules. AI-assisted research and generation steps produce editorial content and SEO metadata, while WordPress integrations handle custom fields, links, images, and updates.
Outcome
The result is a modular content operation built to produce both structured software profiles and supporting articles more consistently. Rather than a basic autoblogger, Techistuff connects research, editorial generation, quality checks, media preparation, publishing, and social distribution while keeping the two main content types in dedicated workflows.
