Al-Qadir Solutions provides project-based website development, integrations, and automation services. Refund eligibility is not determined by a single universal percentage or by the starting prices displayed on this website. The applicable written project agreement, scope, delivery stage, and any rules of the payment platform are considered when a refund or cancellation request is reviewed.
Before a project starts
If you need to cancel before work begins, contact us as soon as possible. We will review any payment made, the agreed terms, and whether any project preparation or non-refundable third-party expenses have already been incurred.
Work in progress
Where development, research, design, or integration work has started, a request will be reviewed based on work performed, deliverables supplied, documented milestones, costs already incurred, and the agreed cancellation terms. No specific refund amount is promised without reviewing the project.
Delivered work and revision requests
If a delivered item appears not to meet the agreed scope, please describe the issue and provide relevant details. We will review whether an agreed correction, revision, or another resolution is appropriate under the project terms. A difference in subjective design preference or third-party performance does not automatically determine refund eligibility.
Subscriptions and third-party charges
Hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, and third-party software may have separate fees and refund policies controlled by their providers. These are subject to the relevant agreement and provider terms.
Marketplace payments
For work ordered or paid for through a marketplace such as Fiverr or Upwork, the platform’s dispute, cancellation, and refund policies may apply. Requests should be made through the appropriate platform when required.
How to request a review
Email [email protected] with the project name, date, agreed scope, issue, and requested resolution. Avoid sending bank details or other sensitive payment credentials through a public contact form.
Written agreements take priority
This page explains our general review approach; it does not replace a mutually agreed contract, proposal, or binding marketplace terms.
