Project Overview

The Challenge

Robbie runs an insurance agency in Las Vegas competing against carriers with national advertising budgets. He cannot win on brand recognition and he was never going to. What he has instead is local knowledge and six lines of coverage, two of which the big carriers barely bother with.

Insurance buyers also behave differently to almost every other kind of customer. Nobody browses an insurance website for pleasure. They arrive already knowing what they need, they want a number, and if the site makes them hunt for it they leave and try the next result. A traditional multi-page site with an about section, a blog and a services archive would have added four clicks between the visitor and the only action that matters.

What We Built

A single-page site. Every navigation link is an anchor, so nothing ever loads a new page and nothing ever costs the visitor a second of waiting. About, services, process, value, contact, all one continuous scroll.

The quote button never leaves the screen. It sits in the header, it repeats at the end of each of the six coverage sections, and the phone number is click-to-call from the top bar and again at the bottom. Every path through the page ends at the same lead form, which runs through the agency’s Lead Management Lab system so enquiries land straight in the pipeline Robbie already works from rather than in an inbox he has to sort by hand.

The six coverage types get equal weight: home, auto, renters, motorcycle, off-road vehicle and boat. That last pair drove the structure more than anything else. Las Vegas has dune buggies, ATVs and side-by-sides in the desert and boats at Lake Mead, and the national carriers treat those as an afterthought if they cover them at all. Giving off-road and boat insurance the same space as auto is how a local agency wins searches that the big names are not really competing for.

Each coverage section runs long on purpose. A visitor deciding whether renters insurance is worth it needs the answer on the page, not a link to a PDF, and search engines need real text to understand what the agency actually sells. Each block explains what the policy covers, what it protects against, and why it matters in Nevada specifically.

The trust sections handle the objection nobody says out loud, which is why buy from a small agency at all. Three steps that show how simple the process is, four short blocks on savings, protection and claims handling, and client reviews with names and occupations attached rather than anonymous praise.

The Results

The agency has a site that does one job without distraction. A visitor searching for boat or off-road cover in Las Vegas finds a page that speaks to exactly that, reads what the policy does, and reaches a quote form or a phone call without navigating anywhere.

Search Console and Bing verification were connected at launch, so Robbie can see which coverage types are actually pulling traffic and where the next content should go.
